ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival.
We do not guarantee ETA's due in part by a delivery agent and/or restaurant participation. ETA is an estimated time based on distance and prep time. Other interuptions such as but not limited to traffic, inclement weather, delivery agent location and availabilty may cause delay.

Group Orders:
Our system may group an order by the parties and departments involved pertaining to each order. Additionally, group orders must be notified to the restaurant 2 hours in advance.
